Kylie Jenner announces new ‘Stormi’ collection

Kylie Jenner is back at it again with Kylie Cosmetics, and this time around, she is releasing a Stormi collection.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star took to Instagram to announce her newest Kylie Cosmetics collection, titled ‘Stormi’.

The collection is named after Kylie’s daughter and is set to debut just in time for the little one’s upcoming birthday on February 1.

Stormi Webster will be celebrating her second birthday, so it only makes sense that in addition to what we expect to be a rad birthday party, Kylie would also release a makeup collection in her honour.

The star announced the news on her Instagram last week, as she shared a series of photos of both herself and Stormi in preparation for the release.

Kylie posted one shot of her wearing the collection surrounded by a butterfly filter, which she has encouraged fans to do when they get their hands on the collection. It sounds like a genius promotion tactic!

Kylie Jenner revealed that the butterfly filter was inspired by the eyeshadows from the ‘Stormi Collection’, where she then felt compelled to create a filter because of how much she adored the look.

The collection will include an eyeshadow palette with 9 shades, a pressed powder palette, a blush, matte liquid lipstick set, and various other lip liners and glosses too!

The packaging is embossed with colourful butterflies, hence the filter, and is reminiscent of the springtime, making us very antsy for the cold winter months to be done and over with.

While Stormi probably has no idea just how iconic this moment is for her, we are certain she’ll be playing around with these colours as soon as she’s older.
