Reacting to the season 18 premiere of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Kourtney Kardashian didn’t mince words calling her fight with Kim Kardashian “trash.”

After months of anticipation building to the fight between Kourtney Kardashian and sister Kim Kardashian, fans of Keeping Up with the Kardashians finally had the chance to see the drama unfold in part 1 of the two-part season premiere — an what a moment it was.

As the season 18 premiere, “Fights, Friendships and Fashion Week,” came to a close, Kourtney and Kim find themselves in a heated argument. What started as a battle of words due to the two sisters’ varying views on work ethics, the argument becomes physical as Kourtney and Kim come to blows as the episode fades to black.

It was undeniably one of the most intense moments from over the year, which drew a variety of reactions from both the Kardashian family and viewers watching from home.

In tweeting along with fans watching the season 18 premiere live, Kourtney Kardashian did not hold back with her reactions.

From clapping back at fans commenting she should quit the show to adding commentary about the episode’s key moments, Kourtney did not mince words — which is honestly one of the many qualities we love about eldest Kardashian. However, no reaction was greater than Kourtney’s evaluation of the premiere’s showdown between Kourtney and Kim.

Responding to one Twitter user who personally summed the fight up as “very cringe-worthy,” Kourtney called her fight with Kim “trash.”

For those who have been keeping up with the Kardashian family for 18 seasons now (and even for casual viewers), watching sisters Kourtney and Kim come to blows as tensions reached a boiling point was definitely difficult to watch.

However, as hard as the episode was to watch, it served as a key turning point for Kourtney.

In taking to Instagram, Kourtney admitted that while the first hours of the new season were difficult for her to personally watch as well, there was a silver lining to things finally coming to a head.

Although Kourtney recalls the moments as some of her darkest from over the course of the series, she notes it was her courage to change which helped her come out stronger on the other side:

"“The season premier of season 18 airs tonight on E! These first two episodes are hard for me to watch but it is in our darker moments that the growth happens. I finally had the courage to change what was no longer bringing me happiness and putting my time and energy into that which is. Choose happiness!”"
