Taylor Swift among latest stars to join One World: Together at Home lineup

Taylor Swift is among the lastest stars joining the One World: Together at Home special being held in support of the global response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

This April, some of the biggest names in music and entertainment will come together for One World: Together at Home, a global broadcast organized by social activism organization Global Citizen and curated in collaboration with Lady Gaga.

Hosted by Jimmy Fallon, Jimmy Kimmel, and Stephen Colbert, the special aims to support frontline healthcare workers while also striving to inspire those around the world to help take action in support of the ongoing global COVID-19 response efforts led by the World Health Organization.

Taylor Swift and more join One World: Together at Home line-up

Taylor Swift has long been know for her efforts to give back to communities and her loyal fans, which is why it’s unsurprising that Taylor is the latest to step up and join the One World: Together at Home benefit special.

While it’s uncertain whether Swift will be performing during the special or simply making an appearance to share words of support for health care workers on the frontlines, it’s nice to see Taylor once again using her platform to do some good in the world!

In addition to confirming Taylor Swift’s involvement in the special, CBS today also confirmed the following stars will also appear in some form:

"Alicia Keys, Amy Poehler, Awkwafina, Camila Cabello, Celine Dion, Ellen DeGeneres, Jennifer Lopez, LL COOL J, Lupita Nyong’o, Matthew McConaughey, Oprah Winfrey, Pharrell Williams, Sam Smith, Shawn Mendes, Taylor Swift, Usher and Victoria Beckham."

The all-star level group, join the growing list of participants which also include the likes of:

"Andrea Bocelli, Billie Eilish, Billie Joe Armstrong of Green Day, Burna Boy, Chris Martin, David Beckham, Eddie Vedder, Elton John, FINNEAS, Idris and Sabrina Elba, J Balvin, John Legend, Kacey Musgraves, Keith Urban, Kerry Washington, Lang Lang, Lizzo, Maluma, Paul McCartney, Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Shah Rukh Khan and Stevie Wonder."
