Keeping Up with the Kardashians season 18, episode 4 keeps its focus on Khloe and True, while also giving audiences one of the most cringe-worthy scenes ever.
Kourtney Kardashian continues to miss out on filming as the focus of this season shifts from her clashing with Khloe and Kim to centering on Khloe dealing with co-parenting. Season 18, episode 4 is titled “In the Blink of an Eye,” and it gives us plenty to love to distract from Kourtney’s absence.

Tristan dropping in
It appears Tristan continues trying to get back into Khloe’s heart! But Khloe is not going to be so quick to forgive and forget (this time). She shares with her friends and sister Kim that Tristan just unexpectedly dropped in to see True. Though she appreciates the gesture, Khloe prefers a heads up as she feels it’s a little too much, too soon. I can definitely understand why she feels this way. Tristan needs to slow his roll!
Malika’s reveal
While visiting Khloe, Malika reveals that she is pregnant! Khloe is shocked! No one mentions anything about the baby’s father (Malika shares all about it later on her instagram), they are just happy for Malika.
Khloe is bouncing around the yard excited about the upcoming baby shower she’ll be planning. Malika also tells Khloe that she is almost four months pregnant. I don’t know about you, but best friends usually share this sort of news almost immediately. In confessionals, Khloe does tell viewers she’s surprised Malika waited to so long to share the news.
Kylie’s LASIK eye surgery
Most of this scene we got to see in a promotional teaser for the episode, and it was pretty funny! After getting LASIK eye surgery, Kris is there to help Kylie around the house! But Kris should have probably not given Kylie a bell to ring her when Kylie needs help.
Let’s just say Kylie was very demanding. But it’s fine because Kris gets her back when she feeds her daughter tacos.
Leaving True
Imagine the anxiety of leaving a young child states away! Sure, Khloe is leaving True with her father, Tristan, but it’s still not easy to do. Co-parenting is a challenge! Lucky for Khloe, True felt right at home and didn’t miss Khloe at all (which is good and bad, I suppose).
Scott and Khloe’s prank
Okay, confession! I almost never enjoy Scott and Khloe’s pranks on Kris, but this one has got to be the best one yet!
Scott and Khloe planned this out in such detail, that they enlisted the help of several friends and family members. This prank took several steps! First, Khloe dresses up as Kris and is photographed doing embarrassing things such as throwing food out of the car, smoking, and spitting out her burger.
Next, Scott and Khloe have various people call Kris about “unflattering” photos of her being under paparazzi’s possession. It’s too much fun seeing it all come together!
