If you regularly keep up with the Kardashian-Jenner clan and know the basics, you’re aware that fall is a busy season. for the family! The month of October and November are packed with birthdays, beginning with Kendall Jenner and ending with Corey Gamble and Dream Kardashian (who share a birthday).
Needless to say, it’s a fun time for sure if you are a family member or even a friend of the family. But we can still enjoy it through the videos and many photos! That said, the best moments of this episode are definitely all the party celebrations, but there’s also so much to love! Let’s recap the top moments.

Kendall’s birthday party
Oh, what I wouldn’t give to have received a party invitation to Kendall’s birthday bash! It looked absolutely amazing and everyone was having a great time. She’s the first to celebrate a birthday that season, and she was sure to pull all the stops.
The party is packed with celebrities, food, and plenty of drinks. And because her birthday lands so close to Halloween, it was costume-themed. Very cool!
Kourtney’s schedule
Right away into the episode, Kourtney Kardashian states the obvious: she’s not back on the show full-time. She shares in a confessional that she’s taking a step back and only filming about “two days a week.” And because it’s birthday season, she’s there to be part of all the fun.
I have to say (and I’m sure you all noticed as well), there is a huge difference in Kourtney’s attitude! She’s happier, kinder, getting along well with her sisters, and actually excited to be part of the celebrations. Even Khloe notices and asks if she should get used to Kourtney’s new “beautiful” attitude.
Rodney Reed
Kim Kardashian is fully involved in saving wrongfully convicted inmates and next on her list is Rodney Reed. In the episode, we learn Reed’s story and how urgently he needs help. At the time the episode was filmed, Reed was scheduled to be executed in 30 days, so Kim and her team had no time to waste! Luckily, the date was soon extended.
Rob Kardashian
Well, would you look who it is! Rob Kardashian has chosen to bless Keeping Up with the Kardashian fans with an appearance. And, for once in a long time, he is there for more than a blink-and-miss-it shot. In “Surprise Surprise,” Rob chats with his sisters and is seen celebrating his daughter True’s birthday.
We’re glad to see Rob happy and well. Let’s hope we see more of him in the coming episodes, we miss him!
Khloe’s eggs
Throughout the episode, Khloe Kardashian deals with being undecided about what to do. She wants to freeze her eggs to be able to have children at a later point in life, but making embryos gives her a better and more safe guarantee that the process will work. However, in order to do the latter, she needs a donor. On Khloe’s mind is Tristan Thompson.
Like everyone, Khloe isn’t sure this is the best idea. What if she changes her mind about Tristan in a couple of years? Or meets someone else? It’s very complicated! In the end, Khloe decides to freeze some of her eggs and make embryos with others.
