Kendall Jenner and the Kardashians’ sexiest Met Gala looks of all-time

On May 4, 2020, Kendall Jenner and the Kardashians, as well as dozens of other iconic celebrities, would have taken to the Metropolitan Museum of Art for the annual Met Gala presentation. Unfortunately, like many other pop culture events, the 2020 Met Gala has been postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic.

While we might not get the chance to take in the latest unforgettable styles and over-the-top looks donned by the Kardashians due to the postponement of the annual fashion event, there’s nothing stopping us from taking a stroll down memory lane in revisiting the Kardashians’ most stunning and head-turning Met Gala styles!

Of note before we get into our look at the Kardashians’ sexiest Met Gala looks from over the years, it’s important to note that only four members of the Kardashian family have attended a Met Gala over the years: Kim Kardashian, Kris Jenner, Kendall Jenner, and Kylie Jenner. That’s right folks, despite their status as fashion influencers, Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian have never been invited to one of fashion’s biggest nights.

Kim, on the other hand, has been in attendance ever since 2013 gifting fans with the most looks on our list as such followed by six appearances from Kendall, and four appearances from both Kylie and Kris.

Although, generally speaking, Kris Jenner can do no wrong when it comes to fashion, we weren’t quite loving her 2019 Met Gala look…

20. Kim Kardashian (2013)

Kim Kardashian’s Met Gala debut was indeed a memorable one, as she attended with Kanye West (who she would go on to wed the following year) while pregnant with the couple’s first child. While the pregnant Kim looked incredible, her floral dress isn’t our favorite Kim look.

19. Kendall Jenner (2014)

The fresh-faced young Kendall channeled old-school Hollywood in this elegant white gown complimented by a simple diamond necklace and clutch. Kendall looked absolutely stunning in making her Met Gala debut, though it wasn’t until her later appearances she began pushing the envelope.

18. Kim Kardashian (2017) 

Kim Kardashian has donned some pretty over-the-top and stunning dressed at the Met Gala over the years; however, she opted for a more simplistic look in 2017. While Kim is a vision in white, her 2017 look doesn’t quite hold a candle to some of her other Met Gala looks.

17. Kris Jenner (2018) 

Dressed in a black and gold gown from Tommy Hilfiger, Kris Jenner turned heads in her 2018 Met Gala get-up which blended various styles.

16. Kim Kardashian (2016) 

Giving off serious space-age vibes, Kim Kardashian went along with the metallic theme donned by many stars during 2016’s event. While Kim stuns in her Balmain designed dress, we can’t help put to wish Kim went with a more natural look or perhaps some pops of color with her make-up selections.

15. Kylie Jenner (2017) 

One year after her Met Gala debut, Kylie Jenner turned heads in a memorable get-up from Versace. While the dress established Kylie’s status as a powerhouse figure, it didn’t quite hit the same notes as Kylie’s other Met Gala looks.

14. Kris Jenner (2016)

For 2016, Kris Jenner went with a simple black dress. While the Kardashian matriarch looked incredible, the dress didn’t quite have that wow appeal.

13. Kendall Jenner (2015) 

Donning a dress from Calvin Klein, Kendall showed off her curves in the green gown. While Kendall absolutely slayed walking the Met Gala carpet, the 2015 gown didn’t quite manage to turn heads as some of Kendall’s other Met Gala looks.

Kim Kardashian absolutely stunned in her 2015 Roberto Cavalli number, a stunning see-through gown with a flowing train.

Kim was a vision in her old-school Lanvin gown. The blue and black dress was simple, yet elegant allowing Kim to natural beauty to shine through.

10. Kendall Jenner (2016) 

Teaming with Versace, Kendall yet again showed off her toned physique in a blue and white dress that accented her curves and incorporated a see-through pattern. It’s a dress few could pull off quite like Kendall who was among the year’s best dressed!

9. Kris Jenner (2015)

Kris Jenner truly is ageless! Playing up the year’s Chinese them, Kris stunned in the draped Balmain gown with perfect golden accents in her oversized belt and earrings. While typically more modest than her daughters, Kris showed off her toned legs and stunned in what has been her most iconic Met Gala look yet.

8. Kylie Jenner (2018) 

Arriving with her boyfriend of the time, Kylie proudly showed off her toned stomach in a simple and elegant black dress. The gown complimented Travis’ all-black suite and helped the couple steal the show as one of the red carpet’s most stunning power couples.

Sometimes simple is best and that was indeed the case for Kendall in 2018. Kendall looked amazing in the white pants suit, going with a more modest look that showed off Kendall’s natural beauty.

Is there really any surprise Kylie Jenner managed to quickly leave her mark on the Met Gala with her debut appearance? Wearing a silver Balmain gown, Kylie rocked a bob cut while showing off her curves in the fitted and partially see-through dress which turned heads and was a clear indication that Kylie was going to be someone to watch on the Met Gala carpet for years to come.

While others opted to go for more dramatic looks during 2018’s event, Kim instead kept things simple with an astonishing gold-hued Atelier Versace dress. Kim embraced her curves in the sophisticated dress which turned heads and is heralded as one of Kim’s sexiest Met Gala looks.

4. Kylie Jenner (2019) 

Like sister Kendall, Kylie Jenner turned to Versace for her 2019 Met Gala ensemble. Kylie was a vision in purple, donning a partially see-through down that accented her curvy physique. It’s hard to picture how Kylie might to her incredible 2019 look, but if anyone can top themselves’ it’s Kylie.

With help from Versace, Kendall channeled her inner phoenix in a stunning orange sequined dress tied together with vibrant orange feathers — that coincidentally gave off some Vegas showgirl vibes as well.

Kim Kardashian outdid herself at the 2019 Met Gala, stunning in a skin-tight dress dripping in beads and sequins to give a soaking wet look — complimented by Kim’s hairstyle. Kim was an absolute vision on the Met Gala carpet and it’s clear to understand why her look was one of the most talked-about looks from 2019!

Topping our list is Kendall’s 2017 Met Gala look in which Kendall turned heads in a revealing black dress which left very little to the imagination. The dress is hands down the most risque looks Kendall has donned over the years at the Met Gala and is rivaled only by Kim’s teardrop 2019 look!
