From their reign as the Queens of Reality TV as the stars of Keeping Up with the Kardashians to their countless lifestyle and fashion brands, the Kardashians are known for many things. Somehow between juggling all of their various business and personal ventures, Kim Kardashian and her sisters always manage to maintain toned physiques through strict diet and workout plans.
While gyms across the nation remain closed, Kim Kardashian continues to take time to work out from home in aiming to maintain her toned physique and recently shared an inside look at the workout she uses to work her abs!
Kim Kardashian workout secret revealed: It’s all about the abs
Taking to her Instagram Stories, Kim Kardashian shared her workout secrets and, understandably, when it comes to Kim’s workout plan it’s all about the abs. So just how does Kim go about working her core and staying in shape?
As revealed by Kim, it all starts with doing 20 minutes of walking lunges with two-pound ankle weights. The key to the process? Ensuring there are no breaks taken during the 20-minute session.
From there, Kim moves on to three rounds consisting of 30 boss plank jacks, 10 wide in and outs for abs, 10 V-ups, and 10 wide in and out abs. After completing the three rounds consisting of the various exercises, the final step in the workout comes in the form of 100 ab crunches.
Needless to say, Kim does not play around when it comes to her workout, and fans are sure to break a sweat when running through Kim’s workout routine!
