Now, Kourtney is looking to offer up her recipe for her signature post-workout green smoothie which can be easily whipped up in just five minutes!
How to make Kourtney Kardashian’s healthy green smoothie
When it comes to healthy treats, Kourtney Kardashian knows a thing or two about eating healthy while not forgoing flavor. In her latest recipe reveal via Poosh, Kourtney revealed the ingredients that go into creating her morning post-workout smoothie.
While there are a few ingredients on Kourtney’s recipe list that aren’t likely in one’s kitchen pantry — such as E3live packets or MCT Oil — most of the other ingredients are easily accessible at local grocery stores.
As Kourtney’s recipe on Poosh also noted, you can substitute chocolate protein powder for vanilla protein powder as it wasn’t until recently that Kourtney switched up her recipe to feature chocolate protein powder over vanilla.
Check out the recipe for Kourtney Kardashian’s green smoothie recipe below:
1 cup fresh almond milk
1 big handful spinach
1 big cup of ice
1 heaping scoop chocolate protein powder (Kourt uses a bone broth one)
1 tablespoon MCT oil
1 packet E3live
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 teaspoon bee pollen
5 shakes cinnamon
2 shakes cardamom
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Once you’ve rounded up your ingredients, all that’s left to do is blend the ingredients together until they’ve reached your desired consistency. And with that, you can enjoy your healthy smoothie Kourtney style!
