Kourtney and Khloe provide home workout tips during Poosh live stream.

Kourtney Kardashian hosted her first live session for her wellness brand Poosh on YouTube and had sister Khloe Kardashian join in! Did you miss it? We hit all the major points (and link to it), here!

The eldest Kardashian has truly been working hard on her brand Poosh, especially after leaving Keeping Up with the Kardashians as a full-time member. Kourtney hosted her first live session on YouTube for Poosh, where she chats about easy workouts, health and wellness tips, and what she did to grow thicker hair!

Kardashian Dish eagerly waited for Kourtney and Khloe to appear in our screens live from YouTube to dish on all the details. And knowing Keeping Up with the Kardashians season 18 is over, we’re happy to see the Kardashian-Jenner clan whenever possible.

Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian share tips on working out from home

In the Poosh Wellness live session, titled “All Things At-Home Fitness with Kourt & Khloé,” the sisters get right to it! First, we have to talk about Khloe’s workout playlist. Because you can’t do any sort of workout without a good track right?

Check out Khloe’s playlist over at Poosh, it includes beats from Drake, Kanye West (because of course!), and others! Playlists are a must to keep you motivated.

One of my personal favorite tips (this one coming from Khloe) is to involve your kids and just get moving any way that you can! Khloe, for example, tied her daughter True’s wagon to her waist and ran uphill. What a workout! With our children at home, it’s time to get creative.

Another great tip is to get a jump rope! Both sisters agree that a jump rope gets your heart racing and does twice the amount of work on you than a quick run would. And it counts as a full-body workout. Also, jump ropes are very affordable, so I’m doing this ASAP.

Finally, another thing we’ll be picking up is the habit of scheduling your home workouts instead of leaving them for “later.” Kourtney Kardashian says we need to pick a time you’ll be able to do them and stick to it.
