Khloe Kardashian is ready to move on to grander pastures and make a move to a new home.

More than five years after purchasing her current home from pop star Justin Bieber, Khloe Kardashian is prepared to put her house on the market as she looks to move into an even grander home. As new reports indicate, Khloe is looking to sell her nearly two-acre California home which has often been featured on Keeping Up with the Kardashians. 

According to a source who spoke with E! News about Khloe’s desire to sell her home, Khloe is looking to essentially trade-up for a larger house and make a solid profit in the process.

"“Khloe is selling her house and moving into a bigger home,” the source revealed. “It’s a good opportunity for her to make a nice profit. She spent a lot of time remodeling and it is beautiful and ready to sell. It makes sense for her to move on and move up right now.”"

While Khloe will be looking to sell her home for millions of dollars with a hefty listing price, the home’s rumored listing price is nearly half of what Khloe’s little sister Kylie Jenner recently spent on her multi-million dollar home.

Earlier this year, Kylie Jenner turned heads when she laid down a whopping $36.5 million on a stunning, over-the-top California mansion. It was a hefty price point and is nearly twice as much as the $18.95 million Khloe is hoping to get out of her home.

While the price might be less than what Kylie paid for her new digs, Khloe is posed to make a pretty big profit if her listing price is met as she originally only paid $7.2 million for the house.
