During these recent weeks of self-quarantine, Kourtney has been putting a larger focus on helping followers with suggestions for home workouts, pastimes, and healthy recipes — including tips for healthy snacks to eat at home.
Among Kourtney’s favorite quarantine snacks have been a variety of healthy friuts, which she just can’t seem to get enough of!
What fruits are Kourtney Kardashian’s favorites?
Anyone who actively follows Kourtney on Instagram knows one of her favorite fruits to snack on is a summer staple, that fruit being watermelon. Watermelon remains a go-to fruit for Kourtney and we honestly get why as there’s nothing better than enjoying some sweet and juicy slices of watermelon, especially on a hot summer day.
In addition to watermelon, Kourtney has mentioned on multiple occasions that she enjoys snacking on mango. While she’s not against eating the tropical fruit on its own, she’s admitted to often topping her manjo off with Tajín chili powder sprinkled on top.
As recently revealed on Instagram, Kourtney seems to be presently enjoying mixing in a variety of berries including strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries. Given their size, berries definitely make for the perfect quarantine snack and are quite refreshing like both watermelon and mango!
Essentially, Kourtney seems to be really into tropical fruits and berries all of which make for perfect summer snacks.
