It seems Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson are both ready to move on and start anew… at least when it comes to their current living quarters!

As reported in June, Khloe Kardashian decided to put her California home which has often been featured on Keeping Up with the Kardashians on the market for the cool price of $18.95 million. Now, it seems Tristan Thompson is following suit in putting his Encino, California on the market as well!

According to a new report from People, Tristan is looking to unload his Los Angeles home which has been listed for less than half Khloe’s listing price. As the People reports, Tristan is hoping to make at least $8.5 million on his home which seems like a steal for a home that’s reported to have seven bedrooms, seven-and-a-half bathrooms and more than 9,000 square feet as well as a guest house that’s more than 1,500 square feet.

Of course, the timing with Khloe and Tristan each deciding to list their California homes within one month of one another bodes the question: are Khloe and Tristan planning on moving in together?

Khloe has made it very clear she and Tristan have been spending more time together in recent months while co-parenting. All signs seem to indicate the two are committed to giving their relationship another try and moving in with one another would be a major step for the couple.

Sharing a living space can be a key step in a couple’s relationship and would allow Khloe and Tristan to co-parent under one roof as they explore their feelings further.

Although there’s been no comment from Tristan or Khloe regarding their plans for once they’ve sold their respective homes, we’ll be keeping an eye on the couple in the weeks ahead to see if any hints might be dropped suggestions what the future holds for them.
