Kris Jenner and Kanye West make up following Twitter meltdown
Kris Jenner and Kanye West seem to have buried the hatchet following Kanye’s Twitter outburst, bonding over a shared love for music.
As fans will recall, in late July, Kanye West went on a Twitter rant in which the husband of Kim Kardashian put his wife and mother-in-law on blast. From making claims that Kris was forbidden from seeing his kids, calling out E! Network and claiming Kim was trying to lock him up — going as far as to compare himself to the character from Get Out.
Although Kanye deleted the tweets shortly after they went out, the damage had already been done and the Kardashians quickly went into damage control mode.
In the time since his Twitter meltdown, Kanye and Kim have since had a number of meetings with one another and are working through the issues that came boiling to the top and have created a media circus. Meanwhile, it’s been radio silence on momager Kris Jenner’s end. That is until now.
Has Kris Jenner forgiven Kanye West for his Twitter outburst?
While it’s uncertain whether Kris Jenner has fully forgiven Kanye West for his Twitter outburst, the two seem to have made some significant progress and are at least on good terms. In fact, they seem to have found common ground through music.

Taking to Twitter on Aug. 11, Kanye West gave his mother-in-law a shoutout for her ability to make the best playlists. The tweet was quickly liked by Kris, seeming to suggest the two have made nice and are working towards moving forward.

While we imagine Kris and Kanye still have a lot to work through, it’s a positive first step to see the pair finding common ground through music and making nice. We can only hope this is the first step in the Kanye and Kardashian family working through the issues that came up in recent weeks, even if we might never get to see the struggles unfold on Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
