Kylie Jenner and Kim Kardashian are undoubtedly the most popular sister duo, but I didn’t expect them to come so close in Google search results! They each got a huge boost, though, because of recent events. We’ll break it all down, below!
Kylie is trending for several reasons. For starters, it was her birthday recently so there are some posts still up about that. But it’s safe to say that the main reason Kylie is trending is because of her unwelcomed appearance on Cardi B’s “WAP” music video.
When we Google searched Kylie, she brings in about 206,000,000 results! Wow! Do you think the number would be similar if it wasn’t her birthday week and she didn’t appear in the “WAP” video? The old saying “any publicity is good publicity” comes to mind!
1. Kim Kardashian West
Finally, we have the Kardashian-Jenner Queen, Kim Kardashian West! Her famous name pulls in a whopping 221,000,000 Google search results. However, they are mostly about, you guessed it, Kanye West.
It’s safe to say Kim’s husband Kanye is partially the reason Kim wins this popularity match, but I have a feeling Kim would have been the winner here regardless.
Most of the results are articles that focus on Kim’s struggling relationship with Kanye West and the rapper’s recent public rants on Twitter. We are glad to see the two working on their marriage because they make a beautiful family!
Kanye West has been quiet lately and focusing on his music and fashion. He did fail to release his promised album (we got an awesome one from Taylor Swift, instead), but if there’s one thing to know about Kanye, is that he is unpredictable.
