How much money are the Kardashians paid for Keeping Up with the Kardashians?
We know the Kardashian-Jenner clan makes money for starring and appearing in E!’s reality series Keeping Up with the Kardashians. But how much money are they pulling in, exactly? Here’s what we know!
A report from Style Caster shares an estimate of how much money each sister made for the series in 2019. Can you guess who banks the most from KUWTK? Does it depend on appearances or episodes? We’ll break down all the details, below.
Kim, Khloe, and Kourtney Kardashian, and Kylie and Kendall Jenner, are doing more than simply making money from the show for starring in it. But think about how beneficial it is to have the reality series in the first place.
Keeping Up with the Kardashians is, essentially, a huge commercial ad for the sister’s businesses. For starters, we wouldn’t know about the family and their private lives if it wasn’t for the series. But this is also a great way to promote Kylie Cosmetics, KKW Beauty, Good American, you name it!
Basically, this series is a win-win. We get to tune in and soak up all the drama, and the Kardashian-Jenner’s share what they are working on. And now for the figures.

According to the source, Kylie Jenner makes approximately $4.5 million per season. Not bad for only appearing in a handful of episodes! Here’s where it gets strange, though. It seems like they each make $4.5 million per season, including Kendall Jenner and Kris Jenner.
Thinking that can’t be right? So did I, so I did a little more searching! Cheat Sheet explains that the family prefers to split the money evenly, hmm we’re not so sure. Kim and Khloe wouldn’t be okay with Kourtney not willing to film much, yet they give the same amount to Kendall and Kylie, who aren’t in each episode?
In an interview back in 2017, Kris Jenner shared with Ellen DeGeneres that, “everybody gets paid pretty much equally, ’cause we all film a lot and we all work hard, and we’ve created this show and this brand for the last decade… Everybody’s happy.”
Okay, that’s a bit more believable and I can understand why they’d want to keep everyone on a similar salary. Similar, but not the same.
My guess is that Kris Jenner and the Kardashians make more per episode/season than Kylie and Kendall Jenner, but not significantly so.
What do you think about the Keeping Up with the Kardashians salaries? Did you think they made the same amount or did you assume (as we did) that Kim Kardashian was the highest-paid?
