Rob Kardashian weight loss journey has yielded significant progress

Although 2020 has been a trying year for a variety of reasons, Rob Kardashian has been working to make the most of it by focusing on his health and wellbeing.

After remaining out of the public eye, Rob returned to the spotlight this summer showing off his significant weight loss and embracing a return to social media which has since gifted fans with both plenty of buzzy new posts as well as some hilarious reactions between Rob and his sisters.

Putting a focus on himself, Rob has made significant progress in his journey to shed some pounds and is said to be doing extremely well — so much so that he’s even preparing to make a return to Keeping Up with the Kardashians. 

How much weight has Rob Kardashian lost in 2020?

It’s been clear by Rob’s recent selfies, he’s made incredible progress in his weight loss journey which has led many to question and speculate just how much weight Rob has lost thus far in his journey.

Although Rob has not personally addressed his weight or made it known just how much weight he’s lost so far in his journey, a new report from Life & Style suggests Rob has shed roughly 50 pounds! That definitely seems about right judging by Rob’s before and after shots, though we wouldn’t be surprised if Rob has lost more than than 50 pounds as well.

Rob Kardashian weight: What is Rob Kardashian’s current weight?

Again, while Rob has not confirmed his past or current weight, Life & Style‘s consulting physician estimates that Rob started his weight loss journey somewhere around the weight of 300 pounds. In estimating Rob’s weight loss of 50 pounds thus far, that would put Rob’s estimated current weight at about 250 pounds.
