The Keeping Up with the Kardashians season 18 teaser makes us wonder if Khloe Kardashian had work done recently
Khloe Kardashian shook the online world when she posted new photos on her Instagram where she looks significantly different. Simply put, it doesn’t look like the Khloe we know.
As the return of Keeping Up with the Kardashians season 18 draws closer, E! has released a teaser trailer. And video footage does not lie. Okay, it can and it does, but not as well as an Instagram photo. It’s obvious that Khloe looks different from past seasons, did she have a nose job while in quarantine?
Think about it, a long period of time when you are forced to avoid people is the perfect time to make changes! However, there are rules in place, such as no cosmetic surgery. Did Khloe break any rules?
Khloe Kardashian: Clever editing or nose job?
So which one is it? My guess is, either a nose job or a little bit of both surgery and editing. Let’s be clear here, though, I don’t believe Khloe would break any state rules. It’s likely that she had the work done early in the pandemic before the shutdown orders.
The Instagram image is from May 22, which would have given her enough time to heal and look fabulous after the procedure. But there’s also a chance Khloe did not have any work done at all. At least, not in recent months.

As soon as the teaser trailer for KUWTK season 18 premiered, fans were quick to point out how drastically different Instagram Khloe and KUWTK teaser Khloe appear. The two images don’t look the same, let’s start there.
I’m not sure who edited Khloe’s photo, maybe her assistant, social media manager, or Khloe herself, but those are some heavy edits! Still, even in the teaser, Khloe doesn’t look the same.
What truly happened? The world may never know!
Keeping Up with the Kardashians season 18 returns on Sept. 17 only on E!.
