On Sept. 8, E! shocked fans across the nation with the announcement that Keeping Up with the Kardashians will come to an end after 14 years and 20 seasons.
Although we still have several episodes left before we say goodbye to the Kardashians’ long-running reality series, word of the show’s cancelation has left fans in shock and unsure how to react. And, as it turns out, fans aren’t the only ones trying to process the news.
Kourtney Kardashian reacts to Keeping Up with the Kardashians cancellation
While Kim and Khloe Kardashian have each posted reactions on their social feeds weighing in on the decision to bring the series to an official end, Kourtney Kardashian has been left speechless and trying to gather her thoughts.
Taking to her Instagram Stories, Kourtney shared the official statement from the family released in announcing the news. Rather than sharing a heartfelt thanks or reacting to the news with a brief statement, Kourtney instead made it clear that she needs time to find the right words to express her reaction to KUWTK‘s cancellation.

“I will gather my thoughts and share them in a bit…” Kourtney wrote, clearly at a loss for words.
It’s no secret Kourtney hasn’t always been a fan of the series or the toxic environment it’s created; however, there’s no denying the show has been a large part of her adult life. As such, we imagine knowing the show is coming to a formal end is likely just as shocking to her as it is to the millions of fans who have been keeping up with the family for more than a decade.
