To tattoo or not to tattoo? For Justin Bieber, that’s not even a question. The answer is usually to get another tattoo.

The pop star recently revealed some new ink and he’s looking pretty proud of this one, reports Allure.

On Labor Day, the Biebs showed off his latest move in not one, but three Instagram posts, revealing a brand spankin’ new piece of ink on his neck. And it’s huge. Always the romantic at heart, Justin went with a full stemmed rose by popular tattoo artist Dr. Woo.

The “Changes” singer captioned the first post, “@_dr_woo_ thank you for the .” Instantly, fans began throwing bouquets of compliments Justin Bieber’s way in the comments. As the likes stacked up, Justin didn’t stop there.

Justin Bieber kept posting footage of his latest tat, even allowing his followers to sit in on a second of the tattooing process via an Instagram video. In the post below, we get a quick glimpse of just how realistic and precise the artist’s handy work really is.

As Allure points out, this single-needle style of Justin’s rose is definitely Dr. Woo’s signature, and even if you don’t know who the artist is yet, Justin isn’t the first celebrity to show off his masterful work.

The ink master’s body of work includes everyone from fellow pop star Katy Perry, to Vanessa Hudgens, and even good friend Miley Cyrus on more than one occasion.

Of course, every rose tattoo has its thorns. As the comments continued, not everyone was on board with the Justin Bieber’s new ink. After years and years of collecting dozens of tattoos, literally head to toe, it’s not the first or last time the masses will have something to say regarding Justin’s body of art.

Back in 2018, the Biebs took to Instagram and revealed he had continued going big with tattoos, saying, “Over a hundred hours of art work on my body and I wouldn’t take back a single one.. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE ART. My body is a canvas and it’s SO MUCH FUN.”

Flash forward to 2020, and I’m sure getting a giant rose neck tattoo without regret was just as sweet for Justin Bieber.
