Why Kim Kardashian is getting unfair hate over bikini pics on Instagram

Let’s be real, Kim Kardashian is no stranger to social media backlash. Still, no matter what the trolls may say about her online, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star continues to post whatever she sees fit, wearing whatever fit she wants, whenever the mood happens to strike her. That much, at least, is nothing new.

Over the past few months, however, fans have witnessed some big and heavy changes in Kim’s daily life. Professionally, KUWTK will be ending in 2021 after 20 long seasons. And on the home front, it’s been one thing after another for the reality starlet and her husband.

Kicking things off, there was the very public unraveling of Kanye West’s mental health, the possible (and still probable) divorce discussion, and those Meek Mill cheating allegations put on blast via Kanye’s Twitter rants. And all of it came out at basically the same time. It goes without saying that it seems like a lot to deal with for Kim.

With their marriage now seemingly rocky, Kim did previously claim publicly that she’d stand by her man through thick and thin, reminding the world that Kanye continues to battle with mental health issues.

Just like that, it seemed the two might be on the mind and maybe, or at the very least, Kim was still supportive. Flash forward to today, however, and the tides appear to be turning once more.

According to The Blast, Kim Kardashian is back in hot water thanks to her recent beachside bikini pics shared to Instagram. So what’s the big deal with her “night swim,” you might ask? Kim is also no stranger to flaunting her assets for social media photoshoots, so what’s the big deal?

Well, as the publication points out, it’s not just about the itsy-bitsy bikini this time. According to the haters, it’s about the timing, and ultimately what Kim Kardashian’s choice to post at a time like this actually says about her.

You can see the Instagram post in question below.

The main beef? Kim looks to be doing A-okay, no matter how not okay Kanye might be lately. In the comments section, many claimed the post was both “tasteless” and “inappropriate,” primarily because of what’s going on in her personal life. Basically, they think it’s the wrong time to “show off.”

One person summed it up, saying, “Husband a whole mess, meanwhile she in the water takin’ pictures.”

Still, not everyone in the comments was raining on the SKIMS mogul’s bikini-clad parade. On top of all the unnecessary hate, compliments have continued to pour in.

The fact is, no matter what goes on behind closed doors or in Twitter rants, it’s okay to do you, Kim, even if people are hating on the photos online. We really don’t know what’s going on between the married couple, so posting bikini pics seriously shouldn’t cause an outrage.
