LA has Khloe Kardashian but Tristan Thompson really wishes it had [redacted]

LA might be home to the mother of his child, Khloe Kardashian, but Tristan Thompson really wishes the city was home to more than just Khloe.  

When it comes to the city of Los Angeles, there’s plenty to love about the City of Angels — especially if your name happens to be Tristan Thompson.

While Tristan might spend a large part of his year in the great state of Ohio as part of the Cleveland Cavaliers, the rest of his time is spent in sunny LA which just so happens to be the home of his on-again-off-again flame Khloe Kardashian and their daughter, True. Although Tristan clearly loves the city and all it has to offer, there is one thing he wishes the city was home to: one of his favorite restaurants!

Khloe Kardashian’s ex Tristan Thompson really wishes LA had Genghis Grill

Taking to his Instagram Story, Tristan Thompson’s long-time pal Dondre Wise tagged him in which pictured the storefront of Genghis Grill writing, “LA ain’t got this.”

Tristan was quick to reply in expressing just how badly he wishes the restaurant chain had a location in the LA area writing, “Facts smh. We need it out here for sure.”

Clearly, Tristan is would love to see his favorite chain finally open a location near him and we can honestly relate — after all, there’s nothing better than being able to enjoy a meal at your favorite restaurant without having to cross state lines.

Unfortunately for Tristan, the Mongolian Stir Fry restaurant currently only has locations in 14 states and California is not one of them. In fact, the closest restaurant to the LA area is nearly four hours away in Henderson, Nevada.

Who knows, perhaps Tristan and Khloe can use their influence to campaign for the brand to finally open a location in California. In the meantime, he can always look forward to dining in when he happens to visit his pal Dondre’s home city of Houston!
