Kourtney Kardashian slammed for supporting Kanye’s presidential merch

Kourtney Kardashian has come out in support of her brother-in-law Kanye West and is now being slammed for supporting his presidential merchandise.
It seems like not that long ago that Kourtney Kardashian and Kim Kardashian were at odds with one another, but the two sisters have move than moved past their feud and seem to be doing better than ever.
Throughout Kim’s rough recent months in dealing with the drama surrounding her relationship with husband Kanye West, Kourtney has been a rock for Kim to lean upon. She’s also seemed to remain in the corner of her brother-in-law, showing support for Kanye subtly throughout the couple’s rougher times.
While Kourtney has been a bit more subtle in her showing of support for Kanye in past instances, there was absolutely nothing subtle about her latest efforts to back her brother-in-law.
Taking to her Instagram Stories, Kourtney posed in a Vote Kanye hat and even included a link to Kanye’s official shop in plugging Kanye’s presidential merchandise. Although the move by Kourtney seems to have simply been a way of showing support for her brother-in-law, it’s quickly put her in hot water in fans.

Shortly after Kourtney’s post went live, fans quickly put the eldest Kardashian on blast in calling out her decision to support Kanye’s presidential aspiration in what might be one of the most important elections in recent years.
“Really disappointing. She’s encouraging people to throw away their vote. Not cool, man. Not cool,” wrote one clearly disappointed Reddit user wrote in reacting to Kourtney’s post.

“Ugh, this is absolutely ridiculous. She literally never uses her platform for politics and the one time she does, when it’s REALLY important, she’s promoting Kanye for president when we need a real president more than ever,” echoed another fan who was in no way happy to see Kourtney promoting Kanye’s presidential merch on her Instagram story.
While we can’t exactly fault Kourtney Kardashian for showing Kanye some love, it’s also easy to understand the frustration felt by fans over Kourtney’s decision to throw her influence behind Kanye’s political aspirations.
Perhaps Kourtney could have learned a lesson in how to read the room from Kim Kardashian in understanding how polarizing a photo endorsing Kanye might be.
