Rob Kardashian, Kylie Jenner excluded from new Kardashian family photo

Rob Kardashian and Kylie Jenner were conspicuously MIA in the new Kardashian family photo shared by Kim Kardashian, why might they have been left out?

From their iconic family Christmas portraits to their flawless family vacation photos, there’s nothing quite like a good Kardashian family photo, as the Keeping Up with the Kardashians stars never fail to disappoint with their group photoshoots.

For their latest family photo, the Kardashians channeled their inner cowgirls and boys for a fun country-esque family photo snapped at Kim and Kanye’s Wyoming ranch. It’s yet another incredible Kardashian family photo; however, we can’t help but take notice of the glaring absence of two key members of the family.

Taking full advantage of the ranch’s picturesque backdrop complete with its lush green fields and breathtaking mountains, Kim and the Kardashian family gathered together to snap an adorable new photo while enjoying some family time together.

Appearing in the filter-free photo, from left to right, are Kendall Jenner, Khloe Kardashian, Penelope Disick, Mason Disick, Kim Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian, Kris Jenner and Kanye West. Noticeably missing from the photo: Rob Kardashian and Kylie Jenner, making them the only two members of the Kardashian-Jenner clan outside of the youngest generation of Kar-Jenners, to not appear in the photo.

Of the two absences, Rob’s is the most easily explained.

While Rob recently returned to social media and went on a temporary posting streak, he’s since stepped back out of the limelight and hasn’t posted a new photo of himself in several weeks now. It’s unclear whether Rob made his way out to the ranch with his siblings, but if even if he did we imagine he likely opted not to appear in the photo.

What’s more intriguing is Kylie Jenner’s absence from the photo. Kylie has enjoyed her fair share of trips out to the ranch with her family this year and we can’t imagine what could have prevented her from joining her entire family for their latest excursion.

Could it be tensions are still running high between Kendall following their KUWTK fight? It’s unlikely as the two have since joked about the fight on social media and have seemed to have made peace. Our best guess might be that Kylie simply was too busy prepping for the launch of her new Wild Thing collection from Kylie Cosmetics.

Regardless of the reasons behind Rob and Kylie’s absence, we have to admit we would have loved to see the pair join the rest of their family for the sweet Kardashian family photo!
