Khloe Kardashian is spotted getting close to Tristan at Kim’s birthday party

Despite everything that happened between Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson, Khloe always recognized that Tristan would always be in her life because he’s True’s father. They spent quarantine together and seemed to be working things out, and now they have been spotted showing PDA at Kim’s big 40th birthday bash, as shown on the latest episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians.

The good-natured PDA came as the couple has worked to rekindle their relationship throughout the quarantine, which gave them the time they needed to overcome their complicated history. Prior to the pandemic, even Kim warmed up to Tristan and invited him to family events in hopes of keeping him involved in the same way that Kourtney’s former beau Scott Disick has been.

Khloe and Tristan’s relationship came on strong after they started dating back in July 2016, and in 2017 she announced her pregnancy. True was born in April 2018 and that’s when the relationship took a turn after Tristan was spotted out with other women in the days before their daughter’s birth.

The relationship cooled down considerably after True was born and became even more strained when Kylie Jenner’s former bestie Jordyn Woods was seen getting close to Tristan in February 2019, which put their relationship into a permanent freeze, though Khloe always worked to keep True’s father involved in her life no matter how much it hurt her personally.

Khloe’s struggles with her relationships have been well documented in recent seasons of Keeping Up with the Kardashians. When COVID-19 shut down the NBA for months on end, Tristan decided to quarantine with Khloe so that he could be with True. Over the subsequent months the couple seems to have grown closer thanks to the gift of time.

Now it seems like Khloe and Tristan are once again a happy couple, but it’s not official until Khloe makes it Instagram official, right?
