Rob Kardashian’s first Instagram post is the most Rob post ever

When Rob Kardashian first joined Instagram, he did so with a post that perfectly epitomizes the type of content he’d promote on his account. 

If there’s one thing that the Kardashian family is known for it’s their social media presence and the successful way in which they’ve managed to harness the platforms to promote their brands. Well, almost all members of the Kardashian family that is.

While Kim Kardashian and the Kardashian women have managed to become social media powerhouses with some of the largest followings on the platform, Rob Kardashian has taken a more laid back approach to social media.

Although his sisters were quick to join Instagram, Rob waited until July 2018 to finally take the plunge in joining Instagram. In doing so, he joined the platform with the most Rob Kardashian type post ever — a post which foreshadowed just what type of content fans could come to expect from Rob.

So how exactly did Rob Kardashian choose to kickstart his Instagram portfolio and what was Rob’s first Instagram post via his official account?

Looking back through Rob’s 200+ posts, Rob decided to join Instagram with a simple photo that was designed to promote a pair of game day socks from his Arthur George designer sock line. Right on brand, the photo kept the focus off of Rob and instead focused solely on the product itself which Rob aimed to promote — said item being socks in this instance.

Looking back at Rob’s first Instagram post, we can’t help but laugh at just how on-brand the post still is to this day. While Rob’s gifted us with some personal images in the year since first joining Instagram, the majority of his post continue to be promotional images in which Rob shines a light on his products and not on himself.
