Is Keeping Up with the Kardashians new tonight, October 29?

After celebrating Kim Kardashian’s birthday with a KUWTK special, will Keeping Up with the Kardashians air a new episode this Thursday? 

When we last caught up with the Kardashians, the family came together for Keeping Up with the Kardashians: Kim’s 40th Birthday Special, a special episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians celebrating Kim Kardashian’s milestone birthday in grand fashion.

Not even the ongoing pandemic could stop the fun with the Kardashian clan pulling out all the stops to celebrate Kim on her big day. Although the family wasn’t able to celebrate with a big birthday bash, they still found a way to surprise Kim in more than one way.

The celebration kicked off with the family — including Rob Kardashian, who made a rare appearance to join his family in celebrating Kim — reminiscing about some of Kim’s most memorable moments from the show. That was just the beginning though, as the episode concluded with the family surprising Kim with home videos shot by their late father Robert Kardashian and recreations of some of Kim’s birthday celebrations from over the years.

It was a fun episode, but the special ended up cheating fans out of a new episode from season 19 with E! opting not to air a new episode last Thursday following Wednesday’s special. So can we expect a new episode to air in the show’s regularly scheduled time slot tonight?

Is Keeping Up with the Kardashians new October 29?

Fans who missed being able to enjoy a new episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians last Thursday night are in luck! After taking a break last week in airing Kim’s birthday special the night before — timed to Kim’s 40th — season 19 resumes this evening with a brand new episode.

As the episode title, “Things Fall Apart: COVID-19” hints, it seems tonight’s new episode will focus on the pandemic and how the family was affected, but that’s not the only drama on the way tonight. As E! teases of the episode, Khloe Kardashian’s bestie Malika struggles when she goes into labor and is unable to have her support system with her at the hospital.

Here’s how E! officially describes tonight’s new episode:

"“As L.A. prepares for a potential lockdown, Khloe falls ill and worries that she may have Covid-19. Malika goes into labour and cannot bring her support system to the hospital. Kris is devastated that she cannot safely be with her mum.”"
