The strict rules Kardashian nannies allegedly have to follow

Ever wonder what it takes to land a gig as one of the Kardashian family nannies? Well apparently, it’s a lot.

While we can’t know everything it takes to work for the Kardashian family so closely, we have learned some of the main rules the Kardashian nannies allegedly have to follow, compliments of The Talko’s YouTube channel. And many of them are unsurprisingly strict. While these, of course, have not been confirmed by the family, this is what we’ve heard.

What rules do the Kardashian nannies have to follow?

1. No jewelry.

While this one sounds a little extreme at first, it might not be when we stop to think about it, as The Talko shares. Back in 2018, Kim was robbed of her jewelry (including her engagement ring) and held at gunpoint while on a trip to Paris. As noted by the BBC, she inevitably sued her bodyguard for $6.1m. And as the old saying goes, you live, you learn, you don’t flaunt your jewelry anymore, and neither does the nanny.

2. Nannies aren’t featured on the show.

As The Talko suggests, this might be a rule or it could be a choice by the nannies. But considering we never see any of them on the show, it seems more like a rule.

3. No pictures.

We all know the damage a leaked photo can do, especially for global celebrities. The Kardashians are very protective of their children’s images, as well as their own private lives, and for very good reason.

4. Must work well with others.

Forever family oriented, it makes sense that the Kardashians would consider whoever they hired as an honorary member of their crew. Anyone working for this famous family would need to be someone they’d feel comfortable taking into professional settings and on set.

5. Must be unattractive.

At first, this one sounds a little strange and pretty rude. Once you think about it, though, you might realize why this is. According to The Talko, this one is primarily Kim’s rule. Like the rest of us, the reality starlet has witnessed what happens to some celebrity couples when an attractive nanny enters the picture.

On top of that, she’s dealt with her own set of marital issues and seemingly chooses to create an environment that’s “safe” for everyone, even banning attractive women from the house in the past. Out of all of these alleged rules, we’re curious to know if this one in particular is really true or not.

6. The Kardashians must come first in the nanny’s life

This rule might be the toughest for even the most seasoned of nannies to follow, seeing as we all have personal lives. But according to The Talko, the Kardashians aren’t kidding around with this one. Reportedly, the nanny’s relationships must come second and the Kardashian children must always be put before everything else in their own lives.
