Late last year, Caitlyn Jenner decided to add another notch to her belt when she launched her very own YouTube channel to be used to connect with fans in a new and personal way. Since its’s launch, Caitlyn has kept things rather light in talking about topics ranging from classic cars and cooking to Christmas decorating and fan mail.
However, with her newest video, Caitlyn decided to tap into a more personal topic with a motivational talk in which reminisced about her journey to taking home the Gold at the Olympics before pivoting into an emotional recollection of the struggle she had with embracing her authentic self.
In the video, Caitlyn recalls the struggles she had with her identity and the conversations that helped give her the courage to share her authentic self with the rest of the world. It’s a truly moving testimonial, one which moved Caitlyn’s daughter Kylie to tears.
“This video made me cryyy. Such an inspirational video wow,” Kylie wrote on her Instagram Stories in sharing the video link with her followers.
While Kylie isn’t one to often throw support Caitlyn’s way on her social feed, it’s clear Caitlyn’s video hit Kylie hard and compelled her to share the video with her sizable following.
