Kate Middleton age: You won’t believe Kate is younger than this royal

When it comes to the royal family, there isn’t much which isn’t know about the top members of the UK’s monarchy including about the Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton.
Sure there are certain aspects of her personal life that Kate likes to keep private, but when it comes to the bigger items such as her family tree, educational history, and age, most passionate royal watchers tend to know all there is to know about one of the nation’s most popular royals.
Perhaps it’s for this reason that it’s so surprising there are many royal watchers who still can’t believe Kate is younger than one particular junior member of the royal family.
Kate Middleton age: How old is Kate Middleton?
As royal watchers know, Kate Middleton was born on January 9, 1982, which means that as of 2021 the Duchess of Cambridge is 39 years of age. Thanks to her early birthday, Kate will spend a portion of the year as the elder to her husband Prince William, who will celebrate his 39th birthday on June 21, 2021.
Even at 39 Kate looks incredible and it’s hard to fathom that’s she only one year away from hitting the big 4-0. What’s even harder to believe though is that Kate, while higher in the royal food chain due to William’s line in succession to the throne, she’s junior to Meghan Markle in age!

That’s right! Meghan Markle was born on August 4, 1981, which makes her Kate’s senior by five short months. So while Kate might rank as the senior royal in the family, it’s Meghan who actually takes the crown as the eldest of the two.
