However, before Meghan became part of the royal family and became a household name across the globe, she was best known to those in the United States thanks to her acting abilities.

Dating back to the mid-90s, Meghan pursued her dream as an actress appearing in several shows and movies before landing her big break on USA Network’s legal drama Suits. For seven seasons, Meghan shined among the show’s talented ensemble cast as paralegal Rachel Zane before ultimately departing the show and leaving her acting career behind her to upon falling for Prince Harry.

While Suits is by far Meghan’s most notable acting credit, Meghan appeared in a number of titles over during her career as an actor brushing elbows with some of Hollywood’s notable leading men including Jason Sudeikis, Robert Pattinson, and Ashton Kutcher.

It also turns out that Meghan shares a romantic connection to a particular hottie from DC Comic’s blockbuster Wonder Woman 1984 which just might surprise you.

Warning: Wonder Woman 1984 spoilers ahead.

Meghan Markle has romantic ties to Wonder Woman 1984 actor

In Wonder Woman 1984Gal Gadot’s Diana Prince (aka Wonder Woman) faces off against businessman Maxwell Lord (Pedro Pascal), whose desire for wealth and power set him (and the world) down a dangerous path of destruction.

As part of his plan, he uses an ancient artifact that grants wishes including one made by Diana which results in the resurrection of her perished love, Steve Trevor (Chris Pine). However, there’s just one caveat to Diana’s wish. While Steve is brought back to her, he returns in the body of another man played by actor Kristoffer Polaha.

Wonder Woman 1984′s “handsome man,” as he’s credited in the film, just so happens to have a romantic connection to Meghan Markle as well — just not quite in the way one might think.

You see, before stepping away from acting, Meghan co-starred alongside Kristoffer in the Hallmark Channel original movie Dater’s Handbook.

In the film, Meghan played the lead Cassandra Barber, a businesswoman who decides to try “The Daters Handbook” to find her perfect suitor as a way to break her habit of picking the wrong guys. Following the advice of the book, Cassandra begins evaluating her potential suitors using the author’s advice which leaves her with two very different men: the reliable and steady George, and the fun-loving and laid-back Robert (Kristoffer).

Without giving too much away, we’ll just say that Kristoffer’s characters seem to have a way of catching the eyes of strong women and that sparks were definitely flying between Meghan and Krisoffer’s characters!

Next. Some still can’t believe Megan Markle is older than this royal. dark
