Kate Middleton reveals the one thing she did in lockdown which ‘horrified’ her children

Kate Middleton is a woman of many talents; however, there is one skill she hasn’t quite managed to master much to the horror of her three young children.
The Duchess of Cambridge and mother of three recently took some time out of her busy schedule to join a panel of fellow homeschooling parents for a candid conversation about the struggles which have arisen since the pandemic began last year.
Like many, Kate admitted the lockdown has forced her to take on additional roles for which she had previously relied upon those in her community for. Among the many caps Kate has been forced to take on has been that of a hairdresser to Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis — something Kate admits has left them a bit horrified.
“During lockdown, we’ve had to take on additional roles that perhaps others in our communities or in our lives would have helped us with,” Kate commented. “I’ve become a hairdresser this lockdown, much to my children’s horror.”
Kate Middleton admits being a parent during lockdown is ‘exhausting’
During the conversation, Kate confessed to her fellow parents that being a parent in lockdown can best be described in one word as exhausting. As Kate elaborated, the pandemic has pulled parents in many new directions and presented new challenges.

Fortunately, Kate has an incredible support system in her husband Prince William who she admitted had been the biggest support to her during the pandemic. While Kate did not elaborate further, knowing William has been her rock during the pandemic was something Kate’s fellow parents all appreciated as there was a sense that it was lovely to hear their situation wasn’t “Bridgerton” a likely nod to the Netflix period drama and its complicated relationships.
