‘Pandemics don’t apply to the Kardashians’ – Kardashians blasted for Stormi’s birthday getaway

The Kardashians are making headlines once again for ignoring travel recommendations amind the ongoing pandemic to jet off together for yet another lavish destination vacation.
In celebration of Stormi Webster’s third birthday on Feb. 1, various members of the Kardashian family have jetted off to an unknown beach locale where they’ve been enjoying some fun in the sun and turning up the heat on Instagram with a wave of revealing beach and poolside photos.
While fans of the family have come to expect over-the-top birthday celebrations, we continue to live in uncertain times where travel restrictions remain in place across the globe including within the US where individuals have been advised to avoid traveling for non-essential reasons — which a destination birthday getaway seems to fall under.
The Kardashians’ continued decision to ignore said recommendations in choosing to partake in countless trips throughout the pandemic have fans in an uproar.

Upon catching wind of the Kardashian family’s latest beach getaway timed to Stormi’s birthday, fans have been vocally weighing in on the getaway with the common consensus being pandemics not seeming to apply to the Kardashians
“But like, does a 3-year-old need a birthday getaway? We are in a pandemic, why can’t they celebrate reasonably for once,” one outraged fan wrote in an ongoing Reddit thread, clearly referring to Kim Kardashian’s lavish (and equally controversial) 40th birthday celebration last fall.

“The fact that they keep traveling in the middle of a pandemic and that Kendall and Kylie just came from Mexico (I’m guessing they did not quarantine after coming back in CA), that’s crazy to me. Specially for a 3 year’s old birthday,” wrote another puzzled fan, whose point was perhaps best summed up by another user who simply exclaimed, “Pandemics don’t apply to the Kardashians.”
As of the publishing of this piece, no member of the family has weighed in on the controversial trip. However, if the past controversies surrounding Kim’s birthday trip are any indication, it’s only a matter of time before someone in the family decides to defend their latest getaway.
