Kylie Jenner slammed for another extravagant birthday party for Stormi amid the pandemic

Year after year, it seems that Stormi Webster’s birthday parties have one rule in common, and that is: “It’s Stormi’s party and Kylie Jenner will throw it if she wants to,” no matter the cost. And 2021 was no exception.

Currently, Kylie is catching major heat for throwing yet another lavish birthday bash for her little one during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, reports Elle. But this time, those slamming Kylie say it’s not just because she threw a party with very little social distance. Unfortunately, there’s more to why the 23-year-old makeup mogul is facing backlash for not playing it safe once again.

As Elle notes, the Kylie Cosmetics guru recently returned from a girl’s trip abroad, and reportedly no one attending the three-year old’s birthday party was seen wearing masks, blatantly ignoring Los Angeles’ safer at home order and potentially putting all who attended at risk, including little Stormi Webster.

On Kylie’s Instagram Story, it appeared that the proud mom went all out for her daughter’s special day, with no expense spared. As Elle notes, there was “castle seating, a multi-tiered cake, a Stormi slide, a food truck, a sweets stand, a crafts stand, a life-size Cinderella carriage made from balloons, and Stormi ‘third time’s a charm’ shirts.”

From the Instagram posts, fans could see there was also a setup called “Stormi’s candy shop,” bubbles floating around, various objects meant to be played with, and most notably, an unsettling amount of unmasked guests in attendance.

What’s also clear from Kylie’s Instagram posts was that Stormi, dressed as a princess and pretty in pink, enjoyed her birthday party from start to finish. And her daughter’s happiness seems like the only thing that really matters to Kylie Jenner, even if she should be taking way more precautions than she seems to be right now.
