Rob Kardashian weight loss secrets revealed: How did Rob lose the weight

After taking an extended break from social media, Rob Kardashian shocked the world when in June 2020 he reemerged in the public eye with a series of photos snapped at Khloe Kardashian’s birthday bash showing off his slimmed-down figure.

With a regained confidence, Rob quickly made his return to social media — even posting a shirtless profile photo that managed to turn up the heat on Instagram — and it wasn’t long after he decided to return to Keeping Up with the Kardashians for more than just a blink and you miss it type cameo.

It’s estimated that Rob has shed roughly 50 pounds and counting which has understandably helped him to regain his confidence and has left him feeling happier and healthier. He’s spending more time with family, re-entered the dating game, and continuing to focus on making further progress.

But just what exactly has Rob’s secret to shedding the weight and getting into shape?

How has Rob Kardashian lost his weight?

Although some might jump to a conclusion that Rob has hired some Hollywood personal trainer to help him on his journey, it actually turns out he’s looked within his family for support.

As reported by Life & Style via In Touch, Rob has indeed gotten a new personal trainer but in the form of his sister Khloe and her boyfriend Tristan Thompson. Using Khloe’s home gym as their base of operation, Khloe and Tristan have helped create a fitness routine for Rob which includes cardio, running, pushups, and deadlifts.

In addition to getting serious about exercise, Rob has worked to cut out junk food by “sticking to a high-protein diet,” though he’s said to treat himself from time to time with a cheat day. It also appears he’s cut back on spending many of his days sitting around watching TV and playing video games as well — all little steps that seem to be paying off quite nicely!
