Don’t expect Kim Kardashian to race back into dating after Kanye divorce

As her marriage to Kanye West comes to an end, Kim Kardashian is about to find herself in a role she hasn’t held in nearly a decade: a single woman.
On Feb. 19, after weeks of speculations about the future of her relationship, Kim made the difficult decision to bring her marriage to Kanye to an end after seven years of marriage and nearly ten years together as a couple. While far from shocking given the trials and tribulations the couple had gone through in the months leading up to the filing of the divorce papers, the divorce marks the end of a major chapter in Kim’s life.
While Kim has not yet openly addressed the decision, it’s been reported she did not make it lightly but rather took an abundance of time to consider her options before finally realizing going their separate ways was what would be best for both she and Kanye.
Although Kim has suddenly found herself emerging as one of Hollywood’s most eligible bachelorettes in wake of her separation from Kanye, Keeping Up with the Kardashians fans shouldn’t expect Kim to race back into the dating game anytime soon.
Kim Kardashian ready to live the single life
With the ink having only just dried on her divorce papers, Kim Kardashian is understandably ready to live the single life with the thought of dating not even crossing her mind.
According to E! News, after a rough year, dating is the farthest thing from Kim’s mind as all she wants to do at the moment is “focus on herself and her kids.” While Kim is rumored to expect her friends to try to set her up in the weeks and months ahead, she has no plans on “putting any energy into” dating at this time.

Instead of embarking on a new search for love, Kim is expected to focus on being there for her four children and throwing herself into work. At the top of Kim’s to-do list is apparently to pass the California Bar exam allowing her to begin a legal career as she looks ahead to her future without Kanye.
Only time will tell how long Kim might choose to live the single life, but it seems it might be some time before Kim decides to open her heart to anyone else.
