On March 13, Khloe Kardashian decided to take her relationship with Tristan Thompson Instagram official — well, since the pair took a break that is — with a sweet and emotional post designed to celebrate Tristan’s birthday.

Although there has been speculation about Tristan and Khloe being back together in a romantic sense for several months now, Tristan’s birthday was the first time Khloe has publicly acknowledged their relationship status.
