Khloe Kardashian and her on and off boo Tristan Thompson have had somewhat of a complicated relationship as of late. After the two started to mend fences last year, it was a surprise to fans of the Kardashian family that the couple hasn’t outrightly said that they were rekindling their relationship.

In a teaser from the new episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, the Good American co-founder got real about her relationship with Tristan Thompson and she stands firm on her reasonings for holding back.

After the infidelity scandal between Tristan Thompson and long-time family friend Jordyn Woods in 2018, social media was convinced that Khloe Kardashian would be completely done with the Boston Celtics athlete, given the fact that he had already cheated while Kardashian was pregnant with their child, True Thompson.

However, when it seemed that Kardashian and Thompson were getting back together despite all the damage the scandal did to her and her family, fans were left stunned, confused, disappointed, and even offended that she would take him back.

In the latest preview video, Khloe Kardashian explained that she is doing her best to “navigate” her feelings and her relationship with Thompson is in the midst of figuring it out.

Khloe Kardashian feels pressure from the public

The Kardashian sibling then went on to say that the issue lies in how the public responds to her.

She faced a lot of backlash for her anger towards Jordyn Woods and even got a fair share of disdain hurled towards her, including apparently being tagged in multiple photos that edited her as a clown to insinuate that she was silly for going back to Thompson.

Her elder sister Kim Kardashian chimed in to defend Khloe by saying, “I’m so over you bowing down to what the public thinks,” however, ignoring what the haters think doesn’t always come easy for everyone.

Khloe Kardashian admitted that it is somewhat hard to not listen to what the public thinks and that doing so has a negative effect on her mending her relationship with the athlete, stating:

"Recently, I would say, I’m really affected by what people have to say about my relationship. Like, I’m not even able to make up my own mind because I’m so flooded with everyone else’s opinions or criticism. It’s like–I don’t even know what’s happening so why do I have to be pressured to give people answers that I don’t have for myself."

Despite all the public criticism, it’s good to see that Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson seem to be getting along great as the couple prepares for baby number two.

Hopefully, this time, the public stays quiet.
