Kim Kardashian continues showing off her Yeezys amid Kanye West divorce

Just because they’re broken up doesn’t mean that they no longer support each other.

Socialite Kim Kardashian is all for keeping it classy and professional no matter the situation. The KKW Beauty founder is proving to the world that divorces don’t have to be petty and that she can still be her ex-husband’s biggest fan even if they’re never getting back together.

We thought they were endgame and really wanted them to last, but when Kim Kardashian split from famous rapper Kanye West, we were all wondering what the divorce would look like for the pair. Would it be a messy, public breakup or would the couple find a peaceful common ground faster than you could say “Yeezys”?

Well… Yeezys.

This past Easter Sunday, Kim Kardashian sported a pair of Yeezys, a.k.a. sneakers that her husband created, and it’s clear to us that a peaceful common ground was likely found between them.

Based on her Instagram, @kimkardashian, Kim Kardashian seems to be doing pretty well as she stays fit during the divorce process.

It was reported that Kim and Kanye really started having marriage troubles back in July 2020 when the reality star allegedly went to discuss a potential separation with a lawyer, but everything hit the fan over the Christmas holiday season when it’s believed the two had a huge fight.

Flash forward to 2021, and the divorce rumors only grew stronger when it was reported that the couple were living in separate homes and stopped speaking to one another. Ultimately, the pair couldn’t find a common ground as Kim Kardashian officially filed for divorce in February 2021 after seven years of marriage.

While everyone thought the divorce would be a disaster, based on Kim’s new Instagram pic, it seems to be going pretty smoothly, even on Kanye’s end.

According to People, a trusted source stated that a smooth divorce has always been Kardashian and West’s goal, stating:

"They both agree that the less stress the kids experience, the better. Kanye [West] loves his kids. He wants them to be happy. He doesn’t want to fight with Kim about anything."

In addition to this, the talented rapper still has tons of love for his former wife, as Kim Kardashian remains the only person he follows on his Instagram, @kanyewest. (Fingers crossed that this never changes.)

Though it’s unfortunate the couple split, we’re glad it’s an amicable breakup where both parties are still respectful of each other’s dreams and businesses. Good for them!
