Scott Disick has reportedly ‘distanced himself’ from Kourtney Kardashian amid her relationship with Travis Barker

Bad news, Skourt fans. Scott Disick and Kourtney Kardashian‘s relationship doesn’t sound like it’ll ever be what it once was ever again, and we can tell that a certain someone’s heart has definitely broken.

Scott Disick appears to be approaching his wit’s end as Kourtney Kardashian’s relationship with her boyfriend Travis Barker is getting more and more serious by the day. After holding out for a little hope that they will be together once again, it seems that Disick has officially thrown in the towel.

Are Scott Disick and Kourtney Kardashian still close?

The Flip It Like Disick star is having a difficult time accepting his ex-girlfriend’s newest relationship and as a result, is distancing himself from her.

A source told E! News:

"“Scott has really distanced himself from Kourtney recently. Of course they are still cordial when it comes to the kids, but they aren’t hanging out as much or doing things as a family. The communication has become strictly about the kids.”"

This kind of explains why he’s been avoiding being around the socialite family. The insider also shared:

"“It’s uncomfortable for Scott to see Kourtney in a serious relationship, although he knew this day would come. He is glad she is happy, but it’s definitely been hard on him.”"

During the Easter season, Disick was nowhere to be found during a Kardashian-Jenner clan outing. Additionally, for Kourtney Kardashian’s birthday, Disick kept it light and sweet in his birthday message, giving her only a 24-hour birthday shout-out on his Instagram Dtory.

The Poosh founder has been in other relationships before, so what exactly is causing Scott Disick to distance himself this time around? Well, it appears that the answer lies in him possibly being replaced by Travis Barker. The source continued to tell E! News:

"“Kourtney is all in with Travis and the kids like him too. It feels to Scott like they are merging their families and going full steam ahead. That has made him very uncomfortable and he’s trying to figure out where he fits in.”"

Of course, things get a little muddy when kids are involved, but perhaps Disick didn’t think his status with Kardashian and the family would get this unclear and he’s alienated himself as a result.

Hopefully, with the upcoming Keeping Up With the Kardashians reunion, the two can find some common ground and he can receive some closure, but until then, he and Skourt fans have to face the reality that they are never, ever, ever getting back together. (Or will they…?)
