It’s official, Kourtney Kardashian is obviously Superwoman. What can’t she do?! This week the 42-year-old mom of three – Mason, 11, Penelope, eight, and Reign six – displayed some particularly impressive skills; first as a tattoo artist, and now the Poosh founder is showing off her gravity-defying, body-bending Pilates skills, alongside Chief Content Officer at Poosh, Sarah Howard.  – Honestly, this impressive display of agility just makes our abs ache just thinking about getting on that scary contraption!

Kourtney Kardashian shared Intensive Pilates workout

Taking to Instagram, Kourtney Kardashian shared a look at her intense full-body workout. Legs balanced in straps, hanging upside down, Kourtney used some serious upper body strength to complete a round of pull-ups and hip thrusts, demonstrating her incredible core strength.

She captioned the video, “breathing, birds, and bending with @sarahrhoward 😝”.

How does Kourtney Kardashian stay fit?

It’s no secret that the Kardashian-Jenner family are fitness fanatics. Don-A-Matrix, Kourtney’s once fitness trainer who also trained sister Kim Kardashian, recently shared with HollywoodLife, his tip on getting into shape just like the famous sisters.  He told the publication:

"“Resistance bands are a great way to get a full-body workout anywhere on the go – it allows you to sculpt and strengthen your core, chest, arms, legs, and back. I’m a big proponent of using resistance bands in your workouts, and that’s easy enough to use at home as long as you have space to work out in.”"

Over on Poosh, Jesse O’Hara, Kourtney’s Pilates trainer, gave a few more details about the intensive Pilates workout routine that Kourtney follows, to get a bigger, rounder booty.

Kourtney’s booty has been making a lot of appearances online since the KUWTK star started dating 45-year-old Blink-182 drummer, Travis Barker, so it’s no surprise that the Poosh founder has a Pilates routine dedicated to her pert derriere.

Just like the 42-year-old Poosh founder, you could have rounder booty in no time just by following “simple” at-home Pilates moves. According to Jesse O’Hara, who shared the secret to Kourtney’s pert butt on Poosh, there are seven moves that you could do.

The recommended moves for a “rounder booty” are:

Kourtney’s sister, Kim Kardashian, 40, is well known for her love of fitness, but recently the KUWTK star showed off something other than her impressive workout skills in the gym.
