May is proving to be a pretty rough month for the Kardashian family and friends as legal actions and accusations seem to be coming from every corner.

Earlier this month, Tristan Thompson had to take legal action against Sydney Chase for claiming that he cheated on Khloe Kardashian, and we honestly thought that would be the end of allegations towards the clan for now. Boy, were we wrong.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West may be in some hot water as some of their employees are allegedly coming forward with some serious accusations.

Are former employees taking legal actions against Kim and Kanye?

It is widely known that Kardashian and West are hardworking individuals so it makes sense that they would hire harder-working people, but perhaps these workers were met with “unreasonable behavior” from the celebs and were pushed to their limits.

An insider told The Sun that, “They are believed to be domestic workers employed at her [Kim’s] home who allegedly may have been misclassified as independent contractors instead of employees.” This, we’re assuming, affected these employees’ wages significantly.

The employees may be going forward with pushing lawsuits against the now-separated pair, but messed-up wages may be the least of their worries as there are also some child labor violation accusations flying about too.

Rumor has it that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West had a couple of minors working for them and if those minors are found to have been overworked and over-employed, there could be some serious child labor penalties.

Neither the Kardashian nor West (nor their legal teams) have yet to make a statement regarding these allegations, meaning these claims have yet to be proven true or false.

Until we know more, we are definitely taking this information with a grain of salt, but as the story continues to develop, we’ll continue to deliver more news.
