Tristan Thompson is demanding that his accusors put some respect on his name and is no longer standing by while allegations come his way. (As he should.)
Recently, Thompson took legal action and filed a cease and desist letter against Sydney Chase, a woman who claims that the NBA athlete had physical relations with her while he was with Khloe Kardashian. Now, it seems as though Thompson is on a mission to clear his name as he takes action against yet another accuser.
Tristan Thompson asking for $100k from Kimberly Alexander
According to TMZ, Tristan Thompson is reported to be suing Kimberly Alexander for $100k for damaging his reputation and spreading false accusations about him being the father of her son.
Thompson has since disproved the accusations, taking a paternity test that proved his innocence.
Despite this, Alexander still held on to her belief that he’s the father and is still dedicated to telling “her truth,” as seen on this post from her Instagram here.
Based on her caption, she wants yet another paternity test and it’s clear that she’s not giving up. But neither is Thompson and we definitely understand why.
With Tristan Thompson already having a history of infidelity in the past, it makes him an easy target for scandalous claims, which definitely isn’t fair for him, Khloe Kardashian, nor their daughter True Thompson.
Perhaps, pressing charges could set an example going forward and maybe will prevent any other false accusations, but we’ll see how that goes as time passes.
Thompson’s lawsuit is currently in the process of being corrected for mistakes, but once (or if) it goes through, we’ll be sure to let you know how it goes and if Kimberly Alexander will take legal action as well.
