Earlier this year, a woman by the name of Kimberly Alexander accused Tristan Thompson of infidelity and claimed that he was the parent of her son.

Thompson has since denied these accusations, taking a paternity test to show that the accusation was wrong, however, his accuser wasn’t having it and went on to continue to provoke both Thompson and Khloe Kardashian on social media.

Kardashian seems to be fed up with the schemes and lies as she, just like Thompson, has taken legal action against Alexander. (Brace yourselves, it’s a wild story!)

Khloe Kardashian files cease and desist against Kimberly Alexander

According to TMZ, Khloe Kardashian has filed a cease and desist letter against Kimberly Alexander to prevent her from continuously spreading lies that Khloe is relentlessly messaging her on Instagram.

Last week, on a now-deleted Instagram post, Alexander screenshotted a DM that depicted Khloe messaging Alexander. The screenshot only showed the first line of the message but from it looked like the alleged sender, Khloe Kardashian, was extremely aggravated.

However, It was quickly proven that Khloe was not the sender of this message, instead, it was Kimberly Alexander who sent the message ultimately deceiving the public. (You can see the aforementioned screenshot as well as the evidence showing that Khloe Kardashian never sent the DM, here.)

Alexander admitted on her Instagram Story that she did, in fact, make up the messages on purpose and stated that she would continue to falsify information, stating:

"I will continue to troll — this situation because that whole family [Kardashians] is bogus. And it’s still truth to my situation so y’all can send as much hate as you need to. I’m blocking it all. […] It’s no different than her and her sisters making a fake page to bash people."

(You can also see screenshots of Alexander’s Instagram story with the above statement, here.)

Both her admittance and her willingness to re-offend forced Khloe Kardashian’s hand. Her cease and desist letter filed by attorney Lynda Goldman reads, “You put words in her [Khloe’s] mouth that she never said and that she wouldn’t say. You faked the whole thing. And you have now publicly admitted it.”

Why is Alexander falsifying information, you ask?

Alexander claims that fabricating DMs is the only way to get Khloe Kardashian to notice that she’s been asking to take a second paternity test to prove that Tristan Thomspon is the father of her child. She claims that the first DNA test was done at Kardashian’s choice of business, but she would rather pick a DNA facility of her choice.

It seems that Kimberly Alexander is complying with the order to stop creating fake messages being that her Instagram is now private, but we’ll have to wait to see how this drama plays out in the end.
