After what feels like centuries since we’ve heard any major developments from the makeup line that dominated the late 2010s, Kylie Jenner has finally given us an update on what her company Kylie Cosmetics has been up to.

The last game-changing piece of news we heard about Kylie Cosmetics was that the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star was selling more than half of her business’ shares to Coty, which definitely came as a shock to fans of the brand as they wondered if Kylie would have any more say in the brand’s future and its products.

Well, fans don’t have to worry about her involvement, as Kylie Jenner is still making the big executive decisions including the move to give her makeup line this much-needed upgrade.

Kylie Cosmetics is going vegan

The Kylie Cosmetics founder announced on her Instagram that the brand is moving towards being much cleaner, refraining from testing on animals or having any products containing animal ingredients or animal-derived ingredients. Check out the post with the big announcement down below.

With receiving over 5 million likes, it’s clear that fans are all for this move and are super excited to receive newer products with environmentally friendly ingredients. The biggest fan of them all is no one other than Poosh founder Kourtney Kardashian, as this big sister expressed her full support for her baby sister’s decision in the comments.

“Vegan and clean,” Kardashian commented. “Now, you’re talking my language.” (Such a great big sis!)

Additionally, according to Bustle, the revamp will include products that are not only vegan friendly and cruelty-free but are also gluten-free, which could lead to a huge increase in sales in the near future–not that Kylie Cosmetics had an issue with sales in the first place.

We can’t wait to see how fans respond to these vegan products and we’re more than excited for all that’s to come in the new and improved Kylie Cosmetics.
