Reality star and billionaire businesswoman Kim Kardashian, 40, sure got tongues wagging on her recent trip to Rome, Italy! It seems that her visit to the tourist hotspot wasn’t just to wind down – indulge in delicious pasta, and raise eyebrows with her daring outfits – but to also get down to business with luxury fashion house, Fendi!
The 40-year-old SKIMS founder – who recently announced that her shapewear brand, SKIMS, will be the official loungewear designer for Team USA at the Tokyo Olympics – might be announcing a new collab soon with the Italian brand after sparking rumors online with her “incognito” visits to Fendi headquarters in Rome.

Kim Kardashian sparks Fendi collab rumors
After her recent visit to Rome with supermodel pal Kate Moss, social media was ablaze with theories as to “why?” the former KUWTK star was taking an impromptu vacation to the “Eternal City” in the first place. Initially, having reports arisen that her ex-husband, Kanye West, 44 – who she only filed for divorce from in February – was taking their four kids, North, eight, Saint, five, Chi, three and Psalm, two, on a Tropical vacation, many Twitter users thought the KKW Beauty founder simply wanted to “get away” and take the opportunity to go on a stylish trip herself to take her “mind off things”.
But after fans noticed that the “entire” SKIMS team – from “creative director to marketing” – visited the Fendi headquarters not once, but TWICE while out in Rome many fans got to thinking that the KUWTK’s trip to Rome might have been more for business than pleasure, after all …

One Twitter user presented the theory that the KUWTK star might be planning to make a return to the couture runway after pointing out that Kim Jones – the artistic director of Fendi & Dior and dear friend of Kim Kardashian – made waves with his awaited debut for Fendi Couture in January, for his use of heavy hitters like Demi Moore, Kate Moss & Naomi Campbell as models. So the meeting could very well be to discuss Kim modelling for the Italian luxury fashion brand.
Other users had similar thoughts, with another commenting on Twitter: “I smell a Skims X Fendi and Skims X Dior Collab”.
And of course, Kim Kardashian also fueled rumors herself when she posted a sizzling snap to her Instagram with the caption, “Inches on the Roman runway”.
Kim Kardashian is a successful entrepreneur and has already proved she’s a force to be reckoned with, a collab with the Italian fashion house would be another major win for the star and another step in expanding her vast portfolio – after all, she already has successful makeup empire, hugely popular video game, pioneering shapewear brand and is even now rumored to be trying her hand at developing a home goods line – so it wouldn’t be too much of a surprise if Kim Kardashian announces a fashion line or some sort of collab with Fendi soon – though until she announced anything officially nothing is confirmed… so stay tuned for more updates!
