Kelly Ripa addresses body abnormality on beachy vacation

Kelly Ripa has gone on camera to call her Instagram followers “weirdos” as the 50-year-old talk show queen garners missing “foot” comments. On Monday night, the Live! With Kelly and Ryan host updated her stories with major jet lag after an Italian vacation, where a photo of the blonde with her nearest and dearest appears to have sparked some rather interesting comments.

Kelly, followed by 2.9 million, had posted three photos, all celebrating eldest son Michael’s college graduation. With the global pandemic putting everything on hold, though, Kelly did admit that the timeline of photos – which basically showed the same group but on different trips – were basically:

"“Last year’s graduation trip for our oldest son and niece was delayed long enough to become a graduation trip for the family newborns as well.”"

Kelly’s snaps, which included 50-year-old husband Mark Consuelos, his dad Saul, plus Kelly and Mark’s kids Michael, Joaquin, and Lola, opened with a super-beachy and protected awning shot, one showing everyone posing in a row, smiling, and wearing white. Former sitcom star Kelly, all pint-sized and slim waist, stunned fans in a strappy sundress as she posed barefoot. Subsequent images showed similarly laid-back vibes.

Kelly’s clap-back last night came in direct response to a string of users seeming to have honed in on her feet.

“The picture looks awesome where’s your other foot Kelly?” one had asked. “That’s what I was wondering? Lol,” a fan quickly replied. Totally separate, was a remark reading: “This is crazy, but where are your feet?”

Kelly returned in selfie mode and on the roof terrace of her $27 million NYC home to call fans out. Speaking as actor hubby Mark enjoyed an espresso and a cigar, Kelly said:

“Can you explain to me why people are fixated on my feet in a family photo?” The mom of three then explained that she’d “crossed one foot over the other. “But since they’re zooming in…there’s another foot there, it’s just crossed over,” she continued. See her fierce clap-back after the photo.

Kelly maintained she was just “standing with my foot crossed over my other foot.” When Mark suggested some people might not have “the zoom function” accessible, Kelly retorted: “Oh, please.” The bubbly star then said: “You guys are weirdos. There, I said it”!
