Katie Holmes is dropping jaws with a super-flexible and upside-down back-bend on Instagram. The 42-year-old actress and ex to Mission Impossible actor Tom Cruise was proving she’s quite the rubber band in a new shoot, one seeing the fashionista rock an edgy leather getup and big-time impressing her 2.3 million followers.

See the photo below. Katie, fresh from celebrating daughter Suri Cruise turning 15 earlier this summer, was all arched back and kicked-up leg in the snap. The Dawson’s Creek sweetheart posed propping herself up with her hands and going bold in a tube top matching slouchy and silver accent black leather pants, with the impressive move also delivered in high heels.

Katie wrote: “@dafstudio” as she posed for photographer David Alexander Flinn. The brunette beauty had fans gasping, with one saying: “That move is so hard! I do yoga, but I can’t get that one down!! Takes skill!”

Katie has been making headlines via another famous face, and not a man she’s officially dating. Recently, singer Jennifer Lopez’s MLB player ex Alex Rodriguez was spotted leaving the actress’ apartment building in New York City, although her rep did clarify to E! News that “she doesn’t know him.” While Katie is single following her split from 33-year-old Emilio Vitolo Jr., the “Dinero” hit-maker’s ex Alex is also on his own.

In fact, Emilio was quick to swoop into the comments as Katie’s back-bend went live. He wrote: “Yazzz” with muscle emoji.

Also a talking point for fans has been how Katie has been coping with the global pandemic. The mom of one is regularly spotted out and about with teen daughter Suri in the Big Apple. Last year, the actress opened up to Harper’s Bazaar, revealing:

She added: “Just really looking at everything you have and celebrating the simplicity of making dinner and [spending] that time together.”

Tom Cruise, meanwhile, has been out in the U.K. shooting the upcoming movie Mission Impossible 7. Sadly, he missed Suri’s April birthday, although she was spotted enjoying her big day with ice cream and friends on NYC streets.
