Carrie Underwood stuns during humble wedding anniversary dinner

Carrie Underwood delivered a simple wooden table and the world’s most ordinary fork to mark her and husband Mike Fisher’s 11th wedding anniversary yesterday. The 38-year-old American Idol OG and clothing designer proved she’s an unfussy girl as she shared a stunning dinner snapshot with the man she married in 2010. Carrie and Mike brought the house down with the Instagram share, one the “Southbound” singer uploaded for her 10.3 million followers.

Carrie, each year taking to social media to mark another milestone with the man who seems a keeper, kept it low-key, but she caused a giant fuss as fans gushed over the sweet snap.

See the photo below. Carrie and Mike, who were actually set up back when they first met in 2008, were seen seated at a plain wooden table and backed by floral wallpapers. CALIA founder Carrie was on the left and close to the camera, wearing a pale pink and sporty top – possibly from her 2015-founded clothing line – with Mike flying the flag for the country in a plaid shirt.

Carrie, who doesn’t seem to need much makeup, wore only a little as she stunned the camera with a twinkle in her eye, long flowing blonde hair and a real glow, with former NHL player Mike looking handsome as usual.

On the table? Only a fork and a phone. Taking to her caption, the “Southbound” singer wrote: “Happy anniversary, babe! 11 years sure have flown by…here’s to many, many more! Love you!”

Quick to leave a like was fellow mom-of-two and sister to Britney Spears, Jamie Lynn. She joined over 300,000 others in leaving Carrie the thumbs-up, with fans going wild in the comments section.

“Blessings for a lifetime of anniversaries,” one fan wrote. Another called the couple “goals,” with a fair few users also commenting on how beautiful Underwood looked. Together with Mike, Carrie is a mom to sons Isaiah and Jacob. The kids don’t feature too much on their mother’s social media, but she has gushed about them in interviews.

Carrie and Mike actually started dating while living in different countries, with the singer recalling: “Can I make dating more difficult?” as she was in the U.S. and Mike was in Canada. “Let’s get a hockey guy who lives in another country, awesome,” she joked looking back on it.
