Sofia Vergara swings hips in plunging criss-cross swimsuit

Sofia Vergara is getting her workout in right from the ocean. The 49-year-old sitcom star and America’s Got Talent judge was all hips don’t lie in her Friday night Instagram share, one that came as a video and for the Colombian-born star’s 22.2 million followers.

Posting with a group of ladies while on vacation in the Caribbean, the Modern Family star sent out major yellow swimsuit energy, also making it her second swimwear headline in under a week – ahead of the weekend, Sofia had updated in a plunging Dolce & Gabbana swimsuit for a killer snap.

See the video below. Sofia is out at her Caribbean spot she nicknames Casa Chipi Chipi. The Walmart partner’s video, a boomerang, showed her waist-deep in waters, all smiles, and swinging her hips from side to side as females nearby did the exact same thing. Vergara wowed in a plunging yellow one-piece adorned with black criss-cross ties, with fans once again seeing that the model figure in Sofia’s ’90s throwbacks has barely changed.

Sofia Vergara turns 49 years old

Sofia, regularly told she doesn’t look a day over 35, was gearing up to turn 49.

“I believe, more than fixing anything, in preventing. Once you get the wrinkle, once you get the sagging neck, that’s it. There’s no cream that is going to fix you. So, prevention, prevention, prevention!” she told Women’s Health Mag about getting older. The actress, known for her love of snacking and last year partnering up with Ritz crackers for a promo, vows by affordable skincare products, not limited to popular pharmacy brand CeraVe.

Sofia, who tries to get as much sleep as possible, has also admitted that fitting in workouts can be tricky.

“I try to work out every day but it gets hard because of the job I have,” she told Celebuzz.

"“For example, I woke up today at 3 o clock in the morning so today is not going to be a workout day for me no matter what, I know that I am not gonna have the energy at the end of the day so I try to work out according to my shooting schedule like if I traveling I usually don’t work out but I try to squeeze in at least three times a week working out.”"

Vergara joins the long list of age-defying celebrities, one not limited to 51-year-old “Dinero” singer Jennifer Lopez, actress Jennifer Aniston and pint-sized talk show queen Kelly Ripa.
