Sommer Ray rescues bug in string bikini

Sommer Ray has clocked over 4 million views for rescuing a poor little bug while showing off her famous bikini body. The 24-year-old fitness model and social media sensation is fresh from proving just why Forbes dubbed her “Not Your Average Instagram Model” in 2018 – confirming the label hasn’t faded in 2021, the Colorado native updated her Instagram recently while bobbing around a pool and showing a good heart.

Sommer, who has this year teetered around in heels to save a lost spider inside her home – she let him into greenery off her balcony – was back to showing that her love of animals runs deep, although she did joke that the bug was “ungrateful.”

The ex to rapper Machine Gun Kelly had been filmed plonked on a multicolor floatie and from a sun-drenched pool as she went super-tiny in a mismatched and stringy bikini, one definitely flaunting the blonde’s curves and gym-honed muscles.

Wearing a visor as she waded herself towards the pool’s edge, Sommer eventually reached the bug she had spotted. She then used both hands to rescue the tiny creature – “Look, look, look, he’s alive!” Ray was heard saying, adding: “Come here buddy, to safety.”

“He’s so happy!” she exclaimed as the bug nestled itself in her palms. The model was, however, in for a shock as the bug didn’t appear to appreciate the gesture. “UNGRATEFUL!” Sommer shouted, also using the word in her caption.

Sommer is known for her animals, regularly featuring her pet snakes and cats on Instagram. The star, who bathes her reptiles in her home sink for the world to watch is, however, having the last laugh money-wise as her empire expands. 2021 brings Sommer tapping into the beauty industry, this following the immense success of her Sommer Ray’s Shop gym and swim line.

Ray now boasts 26.6 million Instagram followers, one that includes celebrity faces. Actress Bella Thorne and YouTuber Tana Mongeau both keep tabs on her.
